Forget the Oscars- the Costume Institute Gala, held at the New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art each year (aka, the Met Ball), is the hottest red carpet around. With models, celebs, and fashion icons everywhere you look, there’s always bound to be some lust-worthy couture. And this year’s #MetBall, which kicked off the exhibit entitled Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations, didn’t disappoint.

Gwynnie in Prada, Beyonce in Givenchy, Rihanna in Tom Ford. Sigh… what we’d give to be able to prance around in those gorgeous gowns for a night! Unfortunately we aren’t close, personal friends with the designers (and we haven’t reached international celebrity status yet).
